DESCRIPTION:
The State Literacy and Basic 51±¬ÁÏ for Public Assistance Recipients Program, also referred to as the Welfare 51±¬ÁÏ Program (WEP), provides funding for adult education programs for individuals receiving public assistance.Ìý Eligible agencies include school districts and boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES).
